Talking About "Pippi Longstocking" by Astrid Lindgren 본문

Jaegyum: Hey Jaeyi, did you read that blog post about Pippi Longstocking? It reminded me how much I love her stories.
Jaeyi: Yeah, it was fun to look back at it. She's so different from anyone we know, right? Living all by herself in Villa Villekulla with a horse and a monkey!
Jaegyum: Exactly! And she's incredibly strong. Lifting her horse, Mr. Nilsson, with one hand – can you imagine?
Jaeyi: And her gold coins! A whole suitcase full. I'd love to have that kind of treasure.
Jaegyum: Remember when she made pancakes on the floor? That was hilarious! Our mom would never let us do that.
Jaeyi: (Laughing) No way! Or when she outsmarted those burglars? She's so clever and brave.
Jaegyum: Tommy and Annika are lucky to have her as a friend. Their lives became so much more exciting after Pippi moved in.
Jaeyi: Definitely. She teaches them how to have adventures and not to worry too much about rules.
Jaegyum: I wish we had a Pippi Longstocking in our neighborhood. Life would be way more interesting.
Jaeyi: Me too! She's the coolest, strongest, and most fun girl ever.
